Hi,

My name is Andi McLean and I'm the developer that turned the dream of this new improved website into reality.

So what do you think? (Rubbish? Please that's so 1980's) I Myself think it's brilliant I've really enjoyed working on this site. Yes it's been taxing and difficult at times but we did it.

So what does the new website provide? I hear you ask. Well there's a feast of information for all our existing and new customers.

Customers who have a support contract with us can view, create and update their incidents (Log in on the Technical Support page then use the links on the right hand side.

Customers new, old and not yet decided can view our knowledge base and find the solutions to some of the problems that have been asked of our Technical Support staff.

During the time ahead some of the staff here at Salford Software will be writing posts like this one and some may even be better! They'll be explaining what they're up to and anything they feel like talking about which you dear reader may find interesting.

Myself, I will be writing about further enhancements to the website and other projects I'm working on.

Upcoming features of this website will include the incorportation of our portal web pages, the main feature which will be the accessibility of the Remote Analyser and the download pages for GPAS and other software released by Salford Software.

I also have the release of the new Remote Monitor server which makes life easier for our technical staff so they can provide our customers with even better support.

...and of course some exciting news on GPAS which I'm not allowed to talk about yet.
