Swine Flu - are you prepared?

Many organisations are carefully considering the impact of the Swine Flu pandemic upon their business and services.  We have been approached by a number of our customers who, as winter approaches, are once again reviewing their contingency plans should there be a new outbreak of Swine Flu.

Salford Software continues to take care of their staff by following the recommendations provided by the Health and Safety Executive.  We believe that taking precautions and providing additional resources is in the interest of our employees as individuals, colleagues and the business as a whole, prevention is always better than cure.

We also want to reassure our customers that at a time when they will themselves be considering the potential effects of this unusual crisis, as a supplier Salford Software has taken measures to protect our ability to continue to deliver services both remotely and onsite, with professionals experienced in working remotely, flexible internal communications systems and staff with multiple skill sets.

The technical support service desk is designed to provide continuous service to customers despite the circumstances surrounding the Swine Flu pandemic. We anticipate that many of our customers may require additional support during this time due to absence of staff through sickness and limited resources.
