The other day I was reading through a tender document for Identity Management and found the following sentence within the introduction to the section. I liked the quote so much that I'm going to use it to explain to any new customers what we do, starting with this blog entry!

“This type of integrated system could be very complex and frustrating for users unless it is simplified in some way by clever technology. “
