GPAS Workstation Print Release

The GPAS Workstation Print Release software operates on a dedicated workstation, allowing users to list and release their submitted print jobs before they are output by the physical printer. Resource use is optimised by preventing print jobs going astray and allowing selective deletion of un-needed jobs. Supporting both traditional hold / release and 'follow-me' printing, the GPAS Workstation Print Release software provides users with a flexible, simple and optimal printing workflow.

The solution does not rely on direct communication with the physical printers, instead interfacing with the native print server(s) to list and manipulate the available print jobs. Utilising a split window layout, the user interface supports multiple input printer agents / queues in combination with multiple physical output devices.
