The objective of this independent review is to recommend strategic changes in the way that technology can be implemented and used to optimum levels, exploiting the benefits of current solutions and planned future services to provide users with an enhanced experience and enable an efficient more manageable IT System. Findings and recommendations resulting from the review and research is presented back to the customer in the form of a formal presentation along with a documented IT development plan.
