12th January 2010 - Oxford Health Informatics Chooses Salford Software for Staff Identity Management Project

After a lengthy evaluation process Oxford Health Informatics has chosen to partner with Salford Software to create an automated Staff Identity provisioning and de provisioning system linked to their Electronic Staff Records System.

Salford Software would like to wish all their clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Prosperous New Year.

The office will close on 24^th December and re open on Monday 4^th January.

Microsoft Predict 78,000 UK IT Jobs to be Created.Recent research, backed by Microsoft chief executive Steve Ballmer, suggest that there will be around 78,000 new IT sector jobs created in the next four years.

The UK IT sector will see the creation of around 78,200 new jobs over the next four years, according to IT research firm International Data Corporation (IDC) and Microsoft.

I'm confident I am not the only person who thinks that the opening ceremony 2012 could be embarrassing - remember George and the Dragon at Euro 96 !!! However some ideas that are coming out sound fantastic, one that is under discussion (pending funding) is that huge digital towers could be built with the help of millions of "micro-donations",
