Three Cornwall NHS Trusts have signed a deal, worth in the region of GBP40,000, with Salford Software to provide identity management for 13,000 staff across the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust, Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Primary Care Trust and the Cornwall Partnerships Trust - spread over 220 locations in Cornwall and the Scilly Isles.

Salford Software has signed a contract with The University of Nottingham to provide an Identity Management (IDM) solution that will enable its 40,000 students and staff to access online services across its many faculties with a single-sign-on.

The new system will enable the University's IT staff to manage the identity of each user based upon their role; student, lecturer, administration staff as well as contractors, and grant them access to those services relevant to them based upon identity.

Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust have chosen Salford Software to deliver their Identity Management System

Mid-Yorkshire NHS Trust has awarded a contract worth in the region of £80,000 to Salford Software for the provision of an Identity Management system to manage the identity of its 6000 staff across all four of its sites and its many internal IT systems.

The primary function of the new contract will be to provide staff with a single sign-on – allowing them access to the different systems within the Trust based upon their identity and level of access.
