Through the advance purchase of blocks of virtual hours, customers are able to utilise, when required, services including technical support, out of hours support, emergency onsite or health checks. This enhanced service provides reassurance to subscribing organisations that in the event of an unexpected issue, they can minimise downtime or reduced capacity using FRP.
