Salford Software Open Support is a premium support package available for purchase as an enhancement to the standard support offering.

Open Support is a unique solution designed to provide assurance of back up technical support 24 x 7 x 365. Technical support incidents can be logged during or out of normal working hours, with experts on hand to analyse and resolve issues efficiently with unique escalation routes into vendor support services.

Additional components are available to allow 24 x 7 monitoring, reporting and alerting of systems behaviour.

Technical Support Remote Services Solution has recently been revised and will provide the following improvements:

  • Installation Scripting, aiming for zero site visits
