Remote Analyser provides both up to date and historical configuration information, log files and error details from the customer environment to Salford Software technical engineers.
Immediate access to the correct technical information empowers Salford Software technical support team with the ability to diagnose and fix problems quickly. Error & configuration reports and important system log files are collected each night and stored in a secure database. If a customer needs to report a problem to Salford Software then information from their servers will be available immediately, even if those servers are powered off.
Remote Analyser enabled customers also receive a regular monthly report containing valuable information such as installed software versions, server disk space and specific recommendations as to where improvements can be made. In addition to the monthly reports there customers are able to view information on which of their servers are at a supported software level and to see additional recommendations and view historical monthly reports, via a secure portal, ensuring that you have real time information about your issues.
